FILAMENT WINDING

The combination of high-end winding simulation and the use of pre-impregnated materials (towpregs) enable the production of components of a previously unseen quality. These systems work at up to 3 times the production speed compared to conventional winding machines – a decisive cost benefit. Only PEAK Technology can offer this combination of high process reliability, fast production and lower costs.

PREPREG HAND-LAY-UP

More than 15 years of experience of the most complex structure parts for space and motorsport in certified cleanroom conditions. Our many years of experience with materials such as carbon, glass, ceramic and zylon fibre enable suitable solutions for all requirements.

CNC MACHINING

State of the art CNC department with 5-axis milling machines and extreme precision up to 1µm. Regardless of whether the final machining is of carbon fibre, or all kinds of metal alloys, PEAK has the appropriate know-how.
